From the publisher:
A photographic journey around some of Scotland's best known and lesser known league football grounds. However, these images were all taken during lockdown when fans were not allowed near grounds. This book captures the grounds as buildings and structures, and in colour and black and white some of the oldest grounds in Scotland are shown in an eerie beauty.
The author:
A football fan and photographer since childhood, Keith Smith found photography a lifeline during the COVID lockdowns. Having moved from Norwich to Aberdeenshire in 2001, he has no emotional attachment to any Scottish team. However his bid to visit and photograph every league ground in Scotland has taught him much about the Scottish game and the clubs which make it so special. He looks forward to continuing that journey and expanding my knowledge of the Scottish game.
