England’s Nadir? is Chris Jones’s second book after England’s Calamity? , which was published by Pitch in 2023. He has contributed multiple articles and book reviews to Turnstiles, DiegoMag and Red All Over magazines. He holds four degrees from Aston, The Open and Huddersfield universities, which includes an MA Research degree on the development of the football pools in the inter-war period. He works in the social care field.
