From the publisher:
BRADFORD OR LEEDS, EH?
What did football mean to you when you were growing up?
For many of us, it was never just about the team we supported.
It was kicking a ball around until our Mums called us in. Swapping Panini stickers in the playground. Reading Shoot, Match, When Saturday Comes and Roy of the Rovers. Waiting for Match of the Day on Saturday night. Standing on terraces, travelling to away games, arguing with your mates and believing your team could win every game.
For me, growing up in Yorkshire in the 1970s, 80s and 90s, football meant Bradford City, Leeds United and a whole lot of figuring out where I belonged.
But this isn't just a book about Bradford City and Leeds United.
It's about football fans.
