From the publisher:
'And that's really where we start, down at The Den in South East London, on an unpleasant afternoon of driving rain and cold, wintry wind.' [front and back text, Millwall on the Page]
An accompaniment to Millwall on the Screen (currently on show at Chemist Gallery), Millwall on the Page features imagery and words from the film as well as loose ephemera relating to the project. The publication is a visual translation from the screen to the page; it's about fandom, community, belonging and the changing landscape of South Bermondsey in London. Seen through the prism of football, it speaks to Millwall's mythologised history and its uncertain future.
